Bruce passed along an interesting article to me this morning re: designing web sites for PDA users. This is something the RMU Nursing School is very interested in ... the medical community uses PDAs a lot & many academic medical libraries have created versions of their web site accessible via PDAs, have demonstrated searching MEDLINE using PDAs, and how to use many other library applications w/ PDAs. I do not think the current RMU web site is very PDA-friendly, but it would be interesting to see if something is in the works for a RMU PDA-useable site, or how we might at least try to offer a scaled-down version of the RMU library web site that would be PDA-friendly.
